This image was inspired by a journey of delayed grief.

I wanted to represent an extreme sense of distance and separation with this piece. It has been an incredibly painful, but profound experience. In some sense, it is an experience without end. I'd go through it again in a heart beat.

Mourning only occurs when something was worth it.
