Typically, you can expect to receive your package within 2 weeks of your order. During holidays, or other high volume shipping periods, this may extend to 3 weeks.

I ship all original work from my studio, and strive to ship your artwork within 2 business days of your order.

Canvas and paper prints are custom made to order, and take 2 to 5 business days to produce prior to being shipped.

Shipping is generally done by UPS or USPS. You will receive an email when your package ships, along with a tracking number.

Original paintings are packaged by me at my studio. Your painting will be wrapped in acid free plastic (this prevents damage or alteration to the paint surface), bubble wrap, and packed in double sided cardboard to ensure your package arrives in pristine condition.

Canvas prints are carefully packaged and shipped in durable cardboard.

Paper prints are carefully packaged on acid free foam board backing in durable cardboard, to keep the prints flat and undamaged.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible at Matt@cloudscapeart.com and let me know what I can do to make things right.

A full refund will be given as long as the artwork is returned in its original packaging, postmarked no later than 10 business days after you receive your order.

(A full refund is the price of the artwork including applicable taxes. No refund will be given for return postage.)

If you receive your package damaged, please take a picture prior to opening the box. Then, take a picture of the damaged item. Send the photos, along with a description of the damage to Matt@cloudscapeart.com.

If your item was indeed damaged during shipping, we can discuss options including a refund, or a replacement piece.
